Emollients participate in the epidermal restoration at the site of healing lesions and fight against itching of dry lesions. A glycerol\/petroleum jelly\/paraffin cream preparation can be used for up to two applications per day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Mrs. Phiso, you can opt for high-activity topical corticosteroids (betamethasone 0.05% cream). The amount applied must be sufficient as well as the processing time. Evening application may be recommended until clinical remission. Oral H1 antihistamine therapy is sometimes used if pruritus is severe, but there is no evidence of its effectiveness. In case of itching, applying cold water or a damp cloth sometimes relieves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allergological explorations are useless in most cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
